Our Development Process

Solving this challenge elegantly wasn’t simple. Over two years, we developed and tested multiple prototypes, experimenting with tolerances, mechanisms, and materials until we found the right balance of functionality and refinement. Some designs were too bulky, others too fiddly, and a few just didn’t hold up to daily use.

Our goal was to create an on-the-fly micro adjustment system that is discreet, robust, and effortless to use — while maintaining the sleek lines and classic design philosophy Emerton Scott is known for.
