Your necklace will be handmade once you order it.

Any noted dates regarding delivery in time for holidays are calculated using the express delivery option for readily available items. To ensure your creation will be ready for your special occasion, we recommend placing your orders before these dates, allowing enough time for potential payment reviews, carrier holds, or other unexpected circumstances which may cause delay.

Please note that we may only accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn and in pristine condition.

Items that have been personalized, special order, and made-to-order creations cannot be returned to Emerton Scott for exchange or refund.

You may return or exchange your Emerton Scott creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Emerton Scott will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Only creations purchased online may be returned or exchanged through the online process. Purchases made

You may return your creation to Emerton Scott within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card. 

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact support@emertonscot.com and our support team will help arrange a pre-paid return label for you.

Please keep your tracking number to hand incase we need it to track the package being returned to us for refund or exchange.

For security purposes, when mailing any Emerton Scott creation, please simply address the package to "ESL" and do not indicate Emerton Scott or the contents of the package on the outside.

All Emerton Scott creations are beautifully wrapped and delivered in the signature Emerton Scott box.

If you order through the website, your Emerton Scott creation will also be carefully wrapped and placed in discreet, protected packaging for delivery.

You may accompany your purchase with a personalised message on the back of the card provided in the wax sealed envelope within our premium box.

When you make your order, you will be contacted by our team from the email support@emertonscott.com to ask if you'd like to add a personal message to your order.
