Yes. Every piece is individually numbered for authenticity. And we are only making a limited number of Evermont 37 (Gen³) timepieces in 2027.
Every watch is covered by a 2-year international movement warranty.
Shipping & Returns
Yes, we offer free no-hassle global shipping.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your watch, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:
- The watch must be in perfect, unused condition.
- All original protective films, tags, stickers, and packaging must remain intact.
- All items included in the order (box, strap, bracelet, spare links, tag, etc.) must be returned.
- The strap / bracelet must be unused. If the watch is perfect but the strap shows signs of wear, only the watch portion may be refunded.
- Engraved or personalised items cannot be returned.
- Pre-order items that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled for a full refund. Once dispatched, standard return rules apply.

We reserve the right to adjust or refuse a refund if the item is returned worn, damaged, incomplete, had original protective films tampered with or removed, or handled beyond normal inspection.
Shipping & Handling Deductions
- Outbound Shipping: Although we offer free worldwide shipping, we still have to pay to ship out products and pay tariffs for customers. Therefore shipping charges and tariffs paid to deliver the watch to you and paid by us will be deducted from a refund.
- Return Shipping Fees: Return delivery costs will be deducted directly from your total refund amount at the rate of a flat fee of £30.00. This charge applies to all countries and orders £200 and above. If below £200, a flat fee of £10.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Import Duties & Taxes Fees: Any localised customs duties, import taxes, or courier brokerage fees incurred during initial delivery or return transit are non-refundable and will also be deducted from your refund amount.
You can cancel your purchase or reservation anytime.
Shopify and Airwallex charges us 6% for every transaction a customer makes through our website.
This 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing fees.
So please consider your pre-order carefully before placing the order as this policy as we want to make sure you're making the right decision before committing to the project.
