No, the bracelet can be installed with its quick release system. No tools needed.
You may need a 1.2mm screw driver to change the amount of links on your bracelet.
This can be purchased separately. Or you can ask a jewellery store or watch repair store to do it for you.
Every Tenet Bracelet is covered by a 5-year warranty.

Shipping & Returns
Yes, we offer free no-hassle global shipping.
Here is your refined return policy adapted specifically for watch straps, maintaining a clear, professional tone while eliminating watch-head references:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your strap, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Condition: The strap must be in perfect, unworn, and resalable condition.
- Packaging & Tags: All original packaging, tags, stickers, and protective films must remain intact and untampered with.
- Complete Order: All accessories included in the shipment (such as extra buckles, spring-bar tools, spring bars, or travel pouches) must be returned in full.
- No Signs of Wear: Straps that have been installed on a watch, creased, bent, buckled, or tailored are no longer eligible for return.
- Personalised Items: Custom, modified, or engraved straps/hardware cannot be returned.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-order items that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled for a full refund. Once dispatched, standard return rules apply.
We reserve the right to adjust or refuse a refund if the item is returned worn, damaged, incomplete, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Shipping & Handling Deductions
- Outbound Shipping & Tariffs: While we offer free worldwide shipping, initial carrier shipping costs and any tariffs paid on your behalf will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Return Shipping Fees: Return delivery costs will be deducted directly from your refund amount. A flat fee of £10.00 applies to all strap orders under £200 (£30.00 for orders £200 and above).
- Import Duties & Taxes: Any localized customs duties, import taxes, or courier brokerage fees incurred during initial delivery or return transit are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
You can cancel your purchase or reservation anytime.
Shopify and Airwallex charges us 6% for every transaction a customer makes through our website.
This 6% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing fees.
So please consider your pre-order carefully before placing the order as this policy as we want to make sure you're making the right decision before committing to the project.
